What qualifications do you bring as ELEVENHEADS?

What exactly is a motivational diagnosis and how does it proceed?

The motive diagnostics we use belong to the differentiating personality diagnostics. It measures the nature of your motivational drive and can very accurately delineate and describe what makes you who you are and how your reflexes in feeling, thinking, and acting are composed.

We will send you the test link via email, and you can complete the motive diagnostics relaxed online. It takes about 25 - 30 minutes.

A few days later, our evaluation of your motivation structure will await you. The multi-hour, individualized, and differentiated evaluation of your profile already provides you with deep insights regarding your target themes and many other valuable impulses. You can choose the setting: via ZOOM or in a personal face-to-face 1:1 meeting.

Following the evaluation, you will receive access to your personal account, where you can find all the results.

How is the diagnosis justified?

Under the overall direction of Professor Dr. Samuel Greiff, Professor of Educational Measurement, a completely new testing process was developed starting in 2016. The references of the department include, for example, the validation, verification, and development of testing procedures that are used in the PISA study on behalf of the OECD. The latest methods in test development were applied by renowned specialists (including Prof. Dr. Christoph Kemper, who led the research team) in the field of test quality and the development of innovative measurement instruments in the area of personality diagnostics.

The test itself was scientifically validated and standardized in a seamless manner. It has achieved very good values in psychometric quality criteria, thereby confirming a very high scientific quality for the test. This test has significant advantages for users: distinct motives and a very high measurement accuracy provide better understanding and high clarity regarding the representation of the complexity of individual personality. The current norming, valid for many years, ensures a high significance of personal test values in comparison to the general population. The development, validation, and documentation of the test were guided by the recommendations of DIN 33430 and the standards for Educational and Psychological Testing of the American Educational Research Association [AERA], the American Psychological Association, and the National Council on Measurement in Education.
